Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Chef Manager to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites. You will need chef management experience (ideally from secondary education), a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed. You will also be self‐motivated, resilient, and highly organised; with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively.

Responsibilities- Assist with the training and development of our onsite chefs.
- Cover sickness across our sites.
- Be part of the mobilisation team.
- Provide support in the kitchen when needed.
- Work with the operations manager across multiple sites.
- Experienced chef manager, ideally with a secondary education background.
- Experience in chef management and a passion for food and service.
- Self‐motivated, resilient, and highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
- Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
