Impact Food Group is seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead retention strategy, protect key school client relationships, and drive industry-leading retention performance. Reporting to the Client Relationship Director, you will oversee the retention roadmap, allocate resources across contracts, and collaborate with operations, sales and BI to maximise renewals and client satisfaction.

You will champion IFG values of quality, partnership and community while presenting at conferences.
