Due to continued business growth we are looking for an experienced Regional Operations Manager to oversee a portfolio of schools. This is a field based role so you will need to be prepared to travel to support your teams out in the business.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, inspire and engage teams across the portfolio of schools.
  • Build strong professional relationships with internal and external clients, service providers, suppliers and internal business teams.
  • Deliver exceptional senior management operations in a contract catering environment for a range of senior clients with exceptional standards.
  • Lead by example, demonstrate passion and knowledge of great contemporary fresh food and service.
  • Deliver financial management skills – commercial and fixed price.

Qualifications

  • Background as an Area Manager or Operations Manager within an independent education contract catering environment (desirable).
  • Experience managing at least 8 sites.
  • Day-to-day management and guidance of chef managers running the sites, supporting client relationships, recruitment and HR matters.
  • Comfortable conversing at all levels, from the kitchen to the boardroom.
  • Self-motivated, resilient and highly organised manager with prioritisation skills.
  • Proficient at spreadsheets and presentations to showcase performance.
