Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of school sites and manage multi-site operations.
- Travel field-based to support teams across the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Deliver senior management operations in a contract catering environment with exceptional standards.
- Demonstrate passion for contemporary fresh food and service.
- Lead by example, motivating teams and prioritising effectively.
- Deliver financial management skills – commercial and fixed-price contract oversight.
Qualifications
- Experience as an Area Manager or Operations Manager in independent education contract catering.
- Managed at least eight sites and handled chef manager day-to-day operations, client relationships, recruitment, and HR matters.
- Strong communication skills at all levels.
- Proficient in Office suite, spreadsheet and presentation creation.
- Self-motivated, resilient, highly organised.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise effectively.
