Overview
Cook Manager role at Impact Food Group (IFG).
Base pay range: £13 per hour. Location: Dearham Primary School, CA5. Working days: Monday to Friday. Shifts: 8:30am-2:00pm (27.5 hours per week). Working weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time plus inset days).
Responsibilities
- Head up the kitchen team, ensuring service runs smoothly and that due diligence is adhered to.
- Cook using fresh seasonal ingredients at volume and liaise directly with onsite clients.
- Manage your kitchen operations and maintain food safety and quality standards.
Qualifications and experience
- Experience as a Cook/Chef Manager with strong cooking and people-management skills.
- Proven ability to cook with fresh seasonal ingredients at scale and to manage a team in a school environment.
