About the role

Job Title: Chef De Partie

School Location: Brymore Academy, Bridgwater, TA5

Working Days: Mainly Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

Shifts & Working hours: Flexible shift times (25-30 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)

Pay Details: £13.50 per hour

What will I be doing?

Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
Working using fresh seasonal ingredients cooking for a volume of (150+)
May include some counter service / till work
Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times.
