Are you an experienced contract catering Business Support Manager who still likes to be involved with Food?

Responsibilities
- Support the operations manager across a portfolio of sites.
- Have multisite management experience, a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.
- Manage, inspire, and engage the teams.
- Understand, track, and manage the schools’ restaurant profit contribution to the business, being conscious of food & service offering and client expectations.
- Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive our shared goal of feeding more students better food.
- Have managed at least 4 sites, guiding chef managers with day‑to‑day running of the site, and building excellent client relationships.
- Be a chef by trade or be happy to work in the kitchen when needed.
- Communicate comfortably at all levels, from kitchen to the board room.
- Be self‑motivated, resilient, and highly organised with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively.
- Produce spreadsheets and presentations using Office Suite to demonstrate performance.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Experience managing multisite operations in catering or food service.
- Strong leadership and team engagement skills.
- Knowledge of profit and performance metrics in school restaurant settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and client engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable in a kitchen environment; chef by trade or willing to work in the kitchen.
