Due to continued business growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for experienced Operations Support Managers to join our team. Geographically, you will support the operations manager across their portfolio of sites.
Overview
- You will need multisite management experience, a passion for food and service, and craft skills to support in the kitchen when needed.
Responsibilities
- Manage, inspire, and engage the teams across multiple sites.
- Understand, track, and manage the schools' restaurant profit contribution to the business, being conscious of food and service offering and client expectations.
- Meet with clients and stakeholders to build effective relationships, gain trust, and drive the shared goal of feeding more students, better food.
- Manage day-to-day running of sites by guiding chef managers and building excellent client relationships.
- Be a chef by trade and be happy to be in the kitchen when needed.
- Be comfortable conversing at all levels, from the kitchen to the board room.
- Be self-motivated, resilient, and highly organised with an understanding of how to prioritise effectively.
- Proficient with Office tools and able to produce spreadsheets and presentations to track and demonstrate performance.
Qualifications & Experience
- Experience in multisite management (minimum of 4 sites).
- Background as a chef, with willingness to work in the kitchen when required.
- Strong communication skills across all levels, from kitchen staff to senior leadership.
- Ability to prioritise effectively and stay organised in a fast-paced environment.

Working Details
- Working Weeks: 52 weeks per year (25 days paid annual leave plus bank holidays).
- Pay Details: Β£38,000 per year plus car allowance of Β£3,840 per year (paid monthly).
