School Location: The Blue Coat School, Basingstoke, RG22 6HA

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Shifts & Working hours: 7am-3.30pm (40 hours per week)

Working Weeks: 42 weeks per year (term time, inset days and 3 additional weeks)

Pay: £30,000 per year

Qualifications & Responsibilities:

We’re looking for experienced Chef Managers with cooking and people management skills. You should be used to cooking with fresh seasonal ingredients at volume, managing the kitchen and liaising directly with onsite clients. As manager you will head up the team, ensuring smooth service and adherence to due diligence.

Responsibilities include:

  • Planning and preparing meals for students
  • Managing kitchen staff and operations
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and health regulations
  • Maintaining high standards of food quality and service
  • Coordinating with clients regarding menu and requirements
