This Supply Chain Manager role is a key part of that story, and it’s not one to be missed.
Little Dish is the brand making tasty, healthy meals that parents trust and kids actually eat. They’re growing fast across chilled, frozen, grocery, ROI and beyond, with serious momentum behind new channels, new products and a smarter supply chain backbone to support it all. Based at Little Dish’s Notting Hill HQ and reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you’ll be right at the heart of how their food gets from manufacturer to retailer to family kitchen table. It’s hands-on, fast-paced, high-impact, and genuinely matters.
What you’ll own
- You’ll run the day-to-day supply chain - and that means real ownership, not box-ticking:
- Partnering with our commercial team to align demand forecasts and production plans between retailers and manufacturing partners
- Managing daily stockholding and staying one step ahead of waste risk (short shelf life keeps things interesting!)
- Placing daily orders with our manufacturing partners
- Investigating and resolving distribution and availability issues - the kind of problem-solving that makes a real difference
- Building strong day-to-day relationships with manufacturers and 3PL providers to keep product flowing to every customer
- Navigating capacity and operational challenges to deliver best-in-class service across the board
Where you’ll make an impact beyond the day job
- Spotting opportunities to make our supply chain smarter, leaner, and more efficient
- Improving ways of working with our manufacturing and logistics partners
- Delivering value-adding analysis and reporting that helps the whole business
- Supporting the Head of Supply Chain in building sustainable supply chain solutions for new channels and products
- Leading execution on NPD and EPD launches - getting new products onto shelves brilliantly
Who we’re looking for
- c.4–5 years' Supply Chain experience in retail FMCG or manufacturing
- Chilled / short shelf-life product experience is a real plus
- Familiar with UK grocery retailer systems, portals and EDI
- Thrives in a small company environment - hands-on, flexible, brilliant in a team and on your own initiative
- Analytical, rigorous, and seriously good with Excel and data
- Proactive self-starter with a commercial head and a sense of urgency
- Continuous improvement mindset - always looking for the better way
- Great with your time, great with the detail
