Hawkstone is seeking a seasoned NPD/launch manager to own end-to-end product delivery—from concept to launch—across cans, bottles, RTD cocktails and emerging formats. You will implement a stage-and-gate process to de-risk delivery while maintaining speed and entrepreneurial energy.
You will coordinate across commercial, supply chain, quality, logistics, finance and marketing to keep launches on track, manage co-packers and suppliers, and assess viability and supply chain impact before briefs are.
