- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) with a proven track record of delivering incremental sales.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram); knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok or other emerging channels is a bonus.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link performance to P&L impact and confidently own budgets.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; GA4 and attribution tool experience is a big plus.
- Data-driven but with the creative empathy to work with designers and creators to shape assets that convert.
- Proactive, curious and competitive β someone who is always testing, learning and pushing performance to the next level.
- A good egg who is open to feedback, takes accountability, and always prioritises what is best for the business.
Why join?
