If you’re someone who naturally takes charge, brings clarity to complexity and knows how to run a tight stock operation, this is a role with real influence.
The Opportunity
You’ll take responsibility for stock integrity across the full campus, leading an established stock team and setting the standards for how stock should be counted, controlled and positioned. The business is in the middle of strengthening its PI schedule and tightening stock processes. You’ll play a key part in making that happen, helping to shape how stock is counted, tracked and reported, and building a more consistent, proactive approach to stock management.
This isn’t just about counting stock. It’s about improving efficiency, improving location management, introducing better record keeping and ensuring the right processes stick. You’ll work closely with Operations, Data, Customer Services and Finance, becoming the person who ensures stock performance is well-managed, well-understood and improving month by month.
What You’ll Take Ownership Of
- Leading a stock team and setting clear expectations
- Full responsibility for PI schedules and stock count completion
- Investigations, accuracy checks and audit preparation
- Location management and ensuring stock is positioned efficiently
- Driving improvements in record-keeping, damage/shrinkage reporting and trend analysis
- Introducing clearer process discipline and consistency across the campus
About You
You’ll likely come from a 3PL, eCommerce, or multi-client warehousing background, and you’ll be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
You bring:
- Strong WMS and stock control experience
- Confidence running PI schedules, audits and investigations
- A practical, grounded leadership style - able to influence and set direction
- Good Excel skills; Power BI exposure is a bonus
- The ability to navigate multiple customers and competing priorities
- A proactive mindset - you don’t wait to be told, you take ownership
Above all, you’re someone who can bring structure, authority and calm into a busy environment.
What’s in it for you?
You’ll shape the future of the stock function and play a key part in improving processes that will support wider operational change. For the right person, this can grow into broader inventory leadership, multi-site responsibility or a senior operational pathway.
The Hiring Process
- Stage 1: Video interview with senior leadership
- Stage 2: On-site meeting, including an Excel task and operational walkthrough
