IMPACT EVOLVE is proud to be supporting a fast-growing eCommerce fulfilment business in their search for an Operations Manager to lead outbound warehouse operations and drive performance across a busy, high-volume dispatch function. This business is experiencing rapid growth, processing tens of thousands of customer orders every day, and is seeking an ambitious and hands-on leader to take full ownership of outbound fulfilment. You’ll play a critical role in ensuring every order leaves on time, accurately, and to the highest quality standards while developing a high-performing team culture built on energy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage outbound fulfilment operations to ensure orders are processed and dispatched on time and in full.
- Build, coach, and inspire a motivated team, setting clear expectations and maintaining high operational standards.
- Track KPIs, analyse performance data, and take proactive action to maintain productivity and quality targets.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve communication, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.
- Drive structured improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, accuracy, and team engagement.
- Maintain strict safety, compliance, and housekeeping standards across the shift.
About You
- Experienced people leader with a track record managing large teams in a fast-paced warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment environment.
- Confident, decisive, and action-oriented — able to set direction, hold others accountable, and lead by example.
- Strong communicator who can engage, motivate, and influence at every level.
- Comfortable balancing hands-on leadership with data-driven performance management.
- A natural problem-solver with the resilience and drive to thrive in a high-growth operation.
- Experience in D2C / eCommerce fulfilment or exposure to Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is advantageous.
- Forklift certification is beneficial but not essential.
