Hawkstone, based at College Farm in Bourton-on-the-Water, is seeking a portfolio lead to own our innovation pipeline end to end.
You will decide which ideas to pursue, assess commercial viability, costs and delivery feasibility, and then drive successful launches on shelf.
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will bridge commercial and operations, build the plans from the ground up, and create a lightweight structure that speeds growth.
