IMPACT EVOLVE are working with a growing consumer brand to recruit a Performance Marketing Manager. This is a business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation, operating in a sector that has seen significant growth in recent years.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an independently owned company at a pivotal stage of expansion. You will take full ownership of digital acquisition channels, playing a key role in shaping how the brand scales and ensuring marketing performance directly drives commercial success. If you are commercially sharp, obsessed with optimisation, and love finding new ways to win customers, this role could be for you.
What you will be doing:
- Take ultimate accountability for profitable growth through digital performance channels.
- Own and optimise paid acquisition activity across Google Ads, Meta and other paid social channels – from campaign planning and set-up to ongoing bid, budget and creative optimisation.
- Identify, test and scale new growth channels such as Pinterest, TikTok, affiliates and partnerships.
- Work with creative teams to brief and deliver the content needed to roll out seasonal and evergreen campaigns.
- Manage the SEO partner to drive continuous improvements in organic rankings and traffic.
- Develop and own forecasts, budget plans and performance targets for digital marketing.
- Run structured A/B tests on ad creative, landing pages and conversion journeys to maximise ROI.
- Manage customer contact strategy across email and retargeting campaigns.
- Build and maintain clear performance reports and insights for the wider business, helping translate data into action.
- Keep ahead of platform updates, industry trends and competitor activity to stay one step ahead.
What we are looking for:
- 3–5 years' experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns, either in-house or agency-side.
- Deep expertise in Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max) with a proven track record of delivering incremental sales.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram); knowledge of Pinterest, TikTok or other emerging channels is a bonus.
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to link performance to P&L impact and confidently own budgets.
- Analytical mindset with advanced Excel/Sheets skills; GA4 and attribution tool experience is a big plus.
- Data-driven but with the creative empathy to work with designers and creators to shape assets that convert.
- Proactive, curious and competitive – someone who is always testing, learning and pushing performance to the next level.
- A good egg who is open to feedback, takes accountability, and always prioritises what is best for the business.
Why join?
- Join an ambitious brand with big plans for the future.
- Take end-to-end ownership of performance marketing, with freedom to test, learn and innovate, and a clear route for career progression.
- Work with a passionate leadership team who care about creating exceptional products and customer experiences.
- Competitive package + perks.
