About the Role:
We are seeking to hire a Lead CSV Engineer to join the Impact Engineering team providing project support for a key pharmaceutical customer in Northern Ireland. Candidates must be approved to work in Ireland or the United Kingdom. Candidates requiring sponsorship cannot be considered at this time.
Responsibilities:
- Authorship, review and approval of testing protocols and reports.
- Act as owner for all CSV related policies and procedures.
- Responsible for managing vendor enquiries and the troubleshooting and monitoring of process systems.
- Perform all duties in accordance with GMP requirements, SOPs and controlled documents.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Report on key metrics to the Impact Engineering Leadership team.
Requirements:
- 8+ years experience of life sciences automation with growing levels of responsibility.
- In depth knowledge and illustrated experience of working with GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 etc.
- Excellent ability for working with people and leading teams.
- Energy, passion and vision to drive growth strategy.
- Technical background in DeltaV DCS is a strong advantage.
