About the Role
We are supporting a leading global construction consultancy who are seeking a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor to provide professional health & safety advice on construction projects across a range of sectors. This is a great role if you are seeking progression and development, with NEBOSH and IOSH fully funded if you are at the more junior end and seeking a career within CDM.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor under CDM 2015 regulations
- Act as Principal Designer or Principal Designer Advisor on small to large scale projects.
- Prepare and maintain pre‑construction information and health and safety files.
- Conduct health & safety audits, risk assessments, and site inspections
- Assist in the completion of PQQ/tendering documents
- Provide advice on project design and construction phases
- Prepare reports and H&S documentation for clients
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams
- Monitor compliance with H&S legislation and company policies
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a CDM Consultant / CDM Advisor
- Sound knowledge of CDM 2015 and construction H&S regulations
- Ability to write clear reports and communicate effectively
- Experience across multiple sectors preferred (education, commercial, care, etc.)
Qualifications
- NEBOSH Construction Certificate or equivalent
- IOSH Membership
