Impact Energy are recruiting labourers for EV charging installation projects in Southampton.

The Role
You’ll be supporting EV charging installations across domestic and commercial sites, working alongside electricians and engineers to deliver high-quality infrastructure projects.
Key duties include:
- Assisting with EV charger installations, ducting, and cabling routes
- Site preparation, including barriers, signage, and protection
- Trenching, backfilling, and basic groundworks
- Loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment
- General labouring and keeping sites clean and safe
- Supporting skilled trades as required
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
- Previous labouring or construction experience
- Physically fit and comfortable with manual work
- Good attitude and willingness to learn
- Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Desirable:
- CSCS card
- Experience on EV, electrical, or civil works sites
- Full UK driving licence
