Location: West London
You will be responsible for the commissioning, maintenance, fault finding and repair of AC and DC EV charging equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring charging infrastructure remains safe, compliant and fully operational while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Commission, service, maintain and repair AC and DC EV charging equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical and technical faults efficiently.
- Carry out inspections, preventative maintenance and compliance testing.
- Ensure all work complies with current electrical regulations and safety standards.
- Complete accurate service reports and maintenance documentation.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships on-site.
- Support emergency call-outs and standby cover when required.
- Work closely with operational and engineering teams to deliver excellent service levels.
Requirements:
- ECS Gold Card.
- Proven experience in electrical maintenance, testing and fault finding.
