Our client, a leading global entertainment company, is looking for a highly organised, outgoing and proactive temporary Team Coordinator to support their Commercial Partnerships and product licensing team!

You will play a key role in supporting licensing and retail operations, helping deliver global objectives and strategies across multiple regions.

They are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Coordinator to assist and work alongside a creative and dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist team with all general administration.
  2. Assist with organising meetings and Trade Show events.
  3. Generate quarterly market reports.
  4. Maintain licensee/product lists and support sales pitches.
  5. Put together brand presentations.
  6. Work with teams across the globe.

Required Skills and Experience:

  1. Junior-level candidate with 2+ years of office experience.
  2. Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  3. Excellent communicator and team player.
  4. Ideally experience in an agency or media environment.
  5. Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships.
  6. Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
  7. Interest in the entertainment industry.
