Job Opportunity: Team Coordinator – Leading global entertainment company
Temporary Position – 1 Year+
Hybrid: 3 days in the office

Our client, a leading global entertainment company, is looking for a highly organised, outgoing and proactive temporary Team Coordinator to support their Commercial Partnerships and product licensing team!
You will play a key role in supporting licensing and retail operations, helping deliver global objectives and strategies across multiple regions.
They are seeking a hardworking and enthusiastic Coordinator to assist and work alongside a creative and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team with all general administration.
- Assist with organising meetings and Trade Show events.
- Generate quarterly market reports.
- Maintain licensee/product lists and support sales pitches.
- Put together brand presentations.
- Work with teams across the globe.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Junior-level candidate with 2+ years of office experience.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
- Ideally experience in an agency or media environment.
- Skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships.
- Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Interest in the entertainment industry.
