Are you passionate about people and ready to bring your energy to our award winning advertising client? We\’re on the lookout for a People Coordinatorto join a supportive, inclusive, and engaging employee 1st agency, that service 250 creatives, strategists, and makers.

As the People Coordinator, you’ll work closely with the People & Culture team to support the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and engagement to learning and development. You’ll be the go-to person for day-to-day HR coordination, supporting initiatives that drive culture, well-being, and growth.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting smooth and engaging onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Assisting with employee data management using ReachHR
  • Coordinating internal events, training sessions, and wellness programs
  • Supporting diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Being a trusted point of contact for day-to-day employee queries
  • Helping deliver pulse surveys and assist with action planning
  • Collaborating with the wider People & Culture team on projects that evolve our culture and people experience

You’ll Thrive In This Role If You…

  • Have 1 year+ experience as a People Assistant (agency or creative environment a plus!)
  • Are highly organized, detail-driven, and great at juggling tasks
  • Bring warmth, empathy, and discretion to your work with people
  • Are proactive and curious—always asking how things can be done better
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
