Our client, a leading and highly respected Architectural practice, is on the hunt for a brilliant PA to support their 2 principals. Based in stunning, modern, and vibrant offices in Central London, this great team is looking for an experienced PA who has worked in a fast-paced environment to work alongside PAs in a tight-knit team where you will gain a huge amount of exposure in an open plan, fast-paced, and friendly working environment.

Duties

  1. Managing ever-changing diaries
  2. Arranging meetings
  3. Preparing meeting rooms and documents
  4. Designing basic PowerPoint presentations
  5. Fielding calls and queries
  6. Meeting and greeting clients
  7. Organising travel and trips

What we are looking for

  1. 3 years plus PA experience
  2. Ability to manage very busy diaries
  3. Experience in fast-paced roles and offices
  4. Architecture experience a plus but not essential
  5. Immediately available
  6. Great communication skills
  7. Fine with 5 days in the office
