PA / EA – Advertising Agency

\\nA brand new role has arisen for a top class immediately available PA / EA to join a world-renowned advertising and marketing agency in Central London. As part of a global network, your role as PA will be integral to the agency and you will support 2 to 3 busy senior leaders in their day to day roles.

\\nDuties:
\\nDay to day, your role will support 2-3 Execs handling all traditional PA duties:
\\n\\n
- \\n\\t
- Complex diary management
- Full inbox / email management including responding on your Execs behalf
- Meeting management (multiple platforms, rooms, AV, catering etc.).
- Travel booking
- Managing timesheets, expenses and invoices
- Collation decks for meetings
- Organised internal team building activities
- Fostering a strong team culture and acting asthe glue within the team.
- You will think on behalf of your Execs, be two steps ahead to make their lives easier and build excellent rapport with client and agency partners alike.

Qualifications:
