Job Description

Office Manager – Purpose-Led Agency

£38K – £42K

Working Pattern:  Monday – Thurs Office based / Friday WFH

Full Time – 3 month contract

We are partnering with a creative social impact agency who have an opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join their small, collaborative team in their London office. The agency collaborates with organisations worldwide to craft impactful and innovative campaigns that drive lasting change.

With a broad and varied remit, this role is central to the smooth running of their office.  Responsibilities range from front-of-house duties to office maintenance. You'll support internal events, help with staff onboarding/offboarding, and manage office expenses and budgets. You'll also work with the project teams on financial budgets, provide diary management support to the leadership team, and organise travel and client meetings. Projects include organising an upcoming office move and taking ownership of the smooth transition into their new fabulous offices. 

Successful candidates will have solid experience as an Office Manager within a small business and have experience of providing finance support, budget management and good Excel competency.  You’ll be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks smoothly. Strong organisational and communication skills are a must to keep everything running smoothly and support the team effectively.
