Job Description HR Advisor/ Generalist (Part-Time) £45K - £58K FTE 24 hours a week – 3 or 4 days, flexible with some WFH
We’re working with an award-winning animation studio who are looking for a people-first HR Generalist to support a team of 60+ brilliant creatives in production. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves kind of role – a bit of everything from onboarding and offboarding, employee relations, training, wellbeing, engagement, and HR operations. If you’re someone who likes variety and loves getting involved at all levels – this one’s for you.
You’ll be the go-to HR person for the production team – working in a stand-alone capacity day-to-day, but still connected to a wider HR group across the company’s production businesses. You’ll have plenty of autonomy to shape how things are done, bring fresh ideas to the table, and really make a difference.
Here’s what we’re looking for:
- Solid HR generalist experience, ideally in a creative or production environment
- Confident handling freelancer contracts and queries around employment terms
- Someone approachable, practical, and happy to be a sounding board for both managers and team members
- Comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle, plus anything else that comes your way
The team is lovely, the work is meaningful, and there’s real flexibility around how the part-time hours are worked (3 or 4 days – your choice – with hybrid 2 days in the office)
Sound like your kind of role? We’d love to hear from you.
