Our client, a highly successful creative retail brand, is looking for a friendly, energetic, and confident Executive Assistant to support their Global Head of Legal, Global Head of Finance, and Head of Product. All three are part of the senior leadership team, and you will be supporting them in their busy day-to-day lives, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently, while handling confidential information with care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diary and inbox management
- Coordinating meetings, calls, and events
- Booking travel and accommodation (often last-minute)
- Running personal errands and handling ad-hoc tasks
- Liaising with global teams and internal stakeholders
About You:
- Previous experience as a PA/EA to Legal and Finance is desired
- Impeccable organizational skills and attention to detail
- Fun and friendly personality
- Discretion and professionalism are a must
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple priorities
