Your Role at impact.com:

The Revenue Enablement Lead, EMEA is the on-the-ground driver of enablement strategy and execution across our European go-to-market teams. You'll serve as the regional point of leadership, adapting global programs to EMEA market realities, building relationships with EMEA sales leadership, and ensuring our sellers, BDRs, and CS teams across the region operate with clarity, consistency, and confidence. This role demands someone who can think strategically about regional GTM needs while rolling up their sleeves to deliver high-impact programs in market.

What You'll Do:

  • Own the EMEA enablement strategy and roadmap, partnering with the Head of Global Revenue Enablement team to localize and deliver core programs across Sales, BDR, and Channel.
  • Serve as the trusted enablement partner to EMEA Sales leadership, diagnosing regional performance gaps and translating them into measurable enablement initiatives.
