Impact Coaching Coalition (ICC), a platform by the Spirit of the Game Foundation, unites coaches, mentors, consultants, and experts to guide individuals, teams, and organizations in maximizing positive impact rather than solely aiming for financial success or superficial happiness. Built on the principles of personal accountability, respect, and introspection, ICC provides services including global Q&A calls, coaching retreats, and certification pathways. ICC supports impact entrepreneurs, transitioning business leaders, NGOs, educational institutions, and individuals on a journey toward value-driven leadership and meaningful contribution. This is a volunteer and remote role for a Director of Recruiting with the Impact Coaching Coalition. The Director of Recruiting will focus on spearheading efforts to attract, recruit, interview, and onboard qualified individuals to join ICC’s global coalition. Day-to-day tasks include designing and implementing recruitment strategies, managing the hiring process, building relationships with potential candidates, and developing training initiatives to onboard and support new members effectively. The Director will actively collaborate with team members to ensure alignment with ICC’s values and mission.
Qualifications
- Proven skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing for diverse roles
- Strong training abilities to onboard and guide new team members effectively
- Sales proficiency and the ability to attract and engage prospective candidates
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Experience working with or managing volunteer teams is a plus
- Passion for supporting impact-driven initiatives and alignment with ICC’s mission and values
- Ability to work collaboratively in a remote, global environment
