The company is backed by master instructor trainers and is recognized for its ability to deliver training across various disciplines efficiently, often accommodating requests at short notice.
This is a full-time on-site role based in Ystrad Mynach (with some remote/online work) for a Technical Training Consultant. The role involves:
- Designing and developing technical training programs
- Delivering IPC certification training
- Tailoring training sessions to meet client-specific needs
- Assessing learners' skills and providing hands-on training
- Engaging in curriculum development to align with industry standards
