Impact Acoustics is looking for a motivated and organized Part-Time Sales Support Assistant to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will assist the sales team with the delivery of product samples, organizing and maintaining the sample inventory, and supporting administrative tasks related to client management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sample Delivery & Pickup: Deliver acoustic product samples to clients and partners within the designated area. Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely and accurate sample deliveries. Pick up samples from clients, ensuring proper handling and storage.
- Sample Organization: Manage and maintain an organized inventory of samples, ensuring all products are labeled and stored correctly. Assist with preparing sample kits for client presentations and meetings. Monitor sample stock levels and report when supplies need to be replenished.
Working Hours: 15-20 hours per week (flexible schedule based on availability and business needs).
Required Skills:
- Ability to manage and maintain an organised inventory of product samples.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication skills for interacting with the sales team and clients.
- Ability to provide friendly and helpful support to clients and team members.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other office software for data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to identify and address issues related to sample delivery and inventory management.
- Willingness to work collaboratively with the sales team and contribute to a positive team environment.
- Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks as needed in a dynamic work environment.
- Basic Sales Knowledge (preferred). Understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management is a plus.
