For our project, we are looking for programming tutors for kids in Romford. We need motivated people who are open to new things and ready to invest their time and energy in the development of our students.

Requirements for a candidate:

  • Mastery of one or more instruments:
    • Game programming: Scratch, ScratchJR, Blockly, Unity3D + C#, Java, Python for Minecraft programming.
    • Mobile app development: App Inventor, Phone Gap, Xamarin, Android studio, Xcode, Thunkable.
    • Programming languages: Java, Swift or Object-C, Python, PHP, JavaScript.
    • Robotics: Little Bits, Tynker, Dash and Dot.
    • Web development: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Tilda, Wix, Wordpress.
    • Video blogs.
    • Animation knowledge: Adobe Animate.
    • Graphic editors: Canva, Sketch, Inkscape.

Our ideal candidate:

  • An energetic and active person, able to organise and motivate, interested in children's education.
  • Knows how to speak in front of an audience, does not get lost in communication with children.
  • Knows and loves computer games.
  • Able to work in a team.
  • Follows trends in IT and GameDev.
  • Able to work part-time.
