Role Description:

The role of Customer Project Coordinator is a vital role within our implementations team. You will be the first point of contact post sales, meaning you will lead the welcome calls with all customers, set expectations and all timelines for their implementation. You will coordinate the customer projects, assigning them into a cohort and mapping out the process through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting customer expectations and talking about what they can expect during the project and availability to start
  • Discussing key dates, project timelines and flagging any issues that may arise from the project
  • Acting as a PA to the lead consultant on the project: reschedule their meetings when necessary, organise their diary and communicate any issues through to customers
  • Manage the Monday board for all active project cohorts
  • Allocating the projects

Skills, experience, and attributes:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented mindset and commitment to maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
