Partnerships You’ll work closely with partner roles, most notably the architect and product manager. Key Responsibilities Delivery Own capacity planning at roadmap and sprint level across multiple software delivery teams. Own delivery execution: manage risks, trade-offs, and dependencies between teams. Facilitate standard ceremonies to remove blockers, plan work, and iterate processes. Operations Own operational accountability: triage production incidents, run post-mortems, and feed fixes to the backlog in partnership with Product. People Develop reports against agreed goals: growth plans, development conversations, and performance management.
