People Manager is a role to recruit other new joiner and develop career for existing team. The role is based in its London near to Vauxhall tube station. Certain office hours and travel time may expected. The role may required to work closely with its other sister company.
The candidate have duties as example bellow:
1. understand company overall strategy and business operation.
2. design the talent strategy to complement to company strategy.
3. develop talent profiles in order to grow the business.
4. develop and execute recruit plan for future candidate.
5. communicate current employees and develop their career plan.
6. develop and implement training plan for existing team.
6. conduct performance review and adjust KPI.
The candidate have requirements as example bellow:
1. eager to learn and fast to learn
2. good to communicate
3. happy to change
4. passion about technology
5. excellent training skills
6. good time management and self -motivated
7. fluent in English
8. excellent team work
The candidate have desires as example bellow:
1. fluent in Chinese is a plus
2. eCommerce experience is a plus
3. startup experience is a plus
4. eligible to work in UK is a plus. The company is currently apply for visa sponsorship.
