iMooore Ltd is an Internet startup operating an online eCommerce business focused on educational toys. iMooore is looking for several talents who are passionate about Internet business and are team players to grow the eCommerce business together. The Fulfilment Manager role involves managing online and offline customer order fulfilment and developing logistics and warehouse strategy. The role is based in London, near Vauxhall tube station. Certain office hours and travel time may be expected. The role may require working closely with other sister companies and third parties.

The candidate will have duties such as:

  • Understanding the company’s overall strategy and business operation.
  • Designing the fulfilment strategy to complement the company strategy.
  • Developing fulfilment SOP and monitoring performance to optimise key stages.
  • Working closely with the sales operation team to support ongoing sales.
  • Managing returns and working closely with customer services.
  • Developing strategic relationships with internal and external warehouses.
  • Developing automatic order management tools and processes.
  • Reviewing stock levels and controlling imports.
