Join our team as a Devices and Customer Service Operator and play a key role in supporting our diagnostic systems and ensuring top-tier service for our customers. Based at our Padova headquarters, you’ll be part of a collaborative team that values innovation, growth, and the opportunity to support us on our mission to expand the boundaries of human health!
Principal Accountabilities
- Coordinate and organise the installation of diagnostic systems
- Monitor and verify the work of technical assistance agencies
- Prepare tailored offers and quotations for customer instruments
- Accurately input and manage data in ERP and CRM systems
Skills, Qualifications and Experience
Essential:
- Technical and Commercial High School Diploma
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Outlook
- Intermediate English (written and spoken)
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Ability to collaborate and contribute to a team environment
