The Role

As a Manager in Training, you'll work alongside experienced management to learn how to successfully run a busy Domino's store.

You’ll gain hands‑on experience across all areas of store operations, developing your leadership, customer service, commercial, and people‑management skills.

You’ll gradually take on greater responsibility as your knowledge and confidence develop, with the aim of progressing into a management position.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Store Manager and management team with the day‑to‑day running of the store
  • Leading and motivating team members during busy periods
  • Helping to ensure excellent customer service and product quality
  • Learning how to manage store operations and maintain Domino's standards
  • Supporting the preparation of pizzas, sides, and other menu items
  • Taking customer orders and resolving customer queries professionally
  • Learning how to manage stock levels, deliveries, wastage, and store supplies
  • Supporting cash handling and other administrative duties
  • Helping to maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and health & safety
  • Supporting the recruitment, training, coaching, and development of team members
  • Assisting with local marketing activities and community events
  • Learning how to monitor store performance and achieve business targets
  • Supporting the management of delivery operations and driver teams
  • Working flexibly across a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays

About You

We're looking for someone who is ambitious, reliable, and ready to develop their leadership skills.

We are looking for someone who has previous managerial skills in a previous Domino’s role or a similar hospitality role. What's important is your attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to lead by example.

Working Hours

As a Manager in Training, you'll need to be flexible and available to support the store during key trading periods.

This may include:

  • Friday, Saturday & Sunday shifts
  • Monday–Thursday evenings
  • Bank Holidays
  • Opening and closing shifts
  • Additional hours during busy trading periods

Flexibility is an important part of the role, as you'll be developing experience across different shifts and store operations.
