Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, offering expert advice on UK immigration legislation.
- Provide guidance to organisations on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker visa category and act as a Level 1 User on the Sponsor Management System.
- Advise clients on changes to UK immigration legislation.
You will have:
- Extensive experience in UK immigration legislation.
- Ideally, prior experience working in a corporate law firm or Big 4 environment.
- Up-to-date knowledge of recent changes in the UK immigration system.
- Proven track record in providing advice on the Global Mobility/Skilled Worker categories and utilising the Sponsor Management System effectively.
