An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Immigration Paralegal to join a growing UK immigration practice in Oxfordshire. This role offers the chance to support corporate clients across a broad range of UK Business Immigration matters, including Skilled Worker, Global Mobility, and Sponsor Compliance. This position is ideal for a proactive and detail-oriented professional seeking to join a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end Skilled Worker visa applications, including assessments and document preparation
  • Assist with Sponsor Licence applications and ongoing sponsor management
  • Prepare and submit Global Business Mobility applications (Senior/Specialist Worker, Graduate Trainee, UK Expansion Worker, Service Supplier)
  • Advise on Business Visitor rules and permissible activities
  • Support Sponsor Compliance matters, including SMS reporting and deadline tracking
  • Assist with Global Talent endorsement and visa applications
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with UKVI and Home Office changes
  • Liaise with corporate stakeholders to gather documentation
  • Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with Home Office requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal within immigration
  • Experience supporting Skilled Worker and Sponsor Licence applications
  • Strong understanding of UKVI and Home Office processes
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to commute to Oxfordshire and work on-site at least 3 days per week
