The role:
You will be responsible for supporting with the successful delivery of the team’s work, including the preparation and drafting of applications, ensuring our system is updated and day-to-day liaison with clients.
What your day will look like:
- Ensure all applications are opened and processed in the system in a timely manner
- Answer directed calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information to clients upon their visa request
- Identify service issues and escalate to senior team members
- Research tasks as delegated
- Ensure invoices are submitted to the finance team promptly
- Maintain deep content knowledge on all aspects of our business processes, system capabilities and company policy & procedures
- Build relationships with local consulates and government offices by visiting them to make submissions and enquiries on behalf of our clients
- Work closely with other areas across the business to support ongoing improvements
- Assist on more complex cases under the guidance of senior team members
- Provide cover to other caseworkers on leave as required

What to expect:
