As Head of Web, you’ll own the website as a growth channel: how it’s found, how it converts, and how it hands people into the app and our CRM.You’ll report to our SVP Marketing and lead a team of two within our AI-first marketing function, working closely with Growth, CRM, Brand, Product, Engineering and Compliance. It’s a senior role that blends leading a small team with plenty of hands-on work, and real ownership of the numbers.What you can expect to be doing:- Setting the website strategy and roadmap, and owning the targets behind it: organic traffic, sign-ups and cost per acquired member- Leading and developing a team of two, setting clear priorities and helping them grow their craft- Leading SEO and GEO, so Chip ranks in Google and is cited accurately in ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Claude- Running a continuous conversion programme across landing pages, product pages and sign-up journeys, with a clear test backlog and honest readouts- Keeping the site fast, accessible and technically sound, from Core Web Vitals and structured data to analytics and tagging- Building web-powered CRM: data capture, identity and event flows from the site into Braze, so the path from first visit to first deposit is joined up- Partnering with paid growth on landing pages and attribution, and with Brand to keep every page premium and on message- Working with Compliance so financial promotions on the site are approved quickly, and shaping a process that keeps pace with a high testing cadence- Using AI tooling to ship more pages, more tests and better content with a lean teamWhat we’re looking for:- A track record leading web, SEO or growth for a consumer digital business, with results you can point to- Experience managing and developing people, or a strong appetite to step up into it- Strong SEO knowledge, technical and content, plus a considered point of view on GEO and where search is heading- Hands-on CRO experience: designing, running and analysing experiments at pace- Growth marketing instincts, with fluency in funnels, attribution, CAC and LTV- Experience connecting web to CRM, ideally with Braze or a similar platform- Comfort with data in GA4, BigQuery, Looker or similar (SQL is a bonus)- The ability to make a clear case and bring Product, Engineering and Compliance with youNice to have- Experience in fintech, wealth or financial services- Webflow expertise (our site runs on it)- Experience working within FCA financial promotion rulesWhat we’re really looking for: Everything you do matters.
