Success in this role will be driven through strong collaboration at key customer handover stages, thorough pre-registration checks of industry data, and the effective setup of customer and business billing arrangements to support a positive first billing experience.Alongside your onboarding responsibilities, you will provide technical expertise and operational support to the Onboarding Team Leader, contributing to training, reporting, and workload management activities.
