This is information, not advice.## About the jobABOUT THE ROLEVivienne Westwood is looking for a Archive Intern to join our Archive Department based in Battersea. This position is offered on a full-time basis 2 months, at £14.10 per hour.This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience at one of the most iconic British fashion brands, supporting day-to-day team operations and contributing to key projects within a fast-paced environment.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Support day-to-day Heritage and Fashion Editing administration.- Support with daily returns and requests using the Fashion GPS system.- Assist with archival care, maintenance and accurate digital upload of archival pieces onto the FGPS system.- Assist with labelling, re-housing and cataloguing garments and accessories.- Support the Fashion editing team with photoshoot preparation and co-ordination.- Supporting the Fashion Editing team with set-up and take down of backstage styling and preparation areas on styling and shoot days.- Work with the Fashion Editing team to ensure the successful delivery of creative projects.(Please note this is not an exhaustive list of duties and you may be required to perform additional duties to fulfil the requirements of the role)PROFILE & KEY SKILLS- Knowledge and previous experience with Fashion GPS (Launchmetrics Samples) preferred.- Knowledge of outlook emailing systems and excel desirable.- Good organizational and communication skills.- Data orientated with acute attention to detail and processes.- Must be able to adapt to daily changes and be self-motivated.- Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential.BENEFITS- Training and hands-on experience- Opportunity to develop new skills and build industry knowledge- Exposure to a fast-paced, creative working environment- Opportunity to work for a company that cares about its people and the environmentApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis, so we recommend applying early to avoid missing out.Vivienne Westwood is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
