Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various immigration pathways, including skilled migration, family visas, business, study, and employer-sponsored visas.
- Evaluate client eligibility for various visa categories and develop tailored migration strategies to increase the chances of a successful outcome.
- Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and policies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide the most accurate and reliable advice to clients.
- Liaise with government agencies and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients to facilitate the application process.
- Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, providing regular updates on their application progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the team.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA).
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration Agent or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws, policies, and visa categories.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
