Responsibilities Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various immigration pathways, including skilled migration, family visas, business, study, and employer-sponsored visas. Evaluate client eligibility for various visa categories and develop tailored migration strategies to increase the chances of a successful outcome. Prepare, review, and submit visa applications, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant regulations and policies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide the most accurate and reliable advice to clients. Liaise with government agencies and other relevant stakeholders on behalf of clients to facilitate the application process. Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, providing regular updates on their application progress and addressing any concerns or questions they may have. Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment within the team. Requirements Current registration with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA). Bachelor’s degree in a related field. A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Migration Agent or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of Australian immigration laws, policies, and visa categories. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients from diverse backgrounds.
