Immersum is supporting a long-established organisation within the shipping and maritime sector that is entering an exciting period of digital growth and product innovation. With ambitions to expand its range of tradable financial products and deliver innovative risk management solutions to the freight industry and investors, they are looking for an experienced Product Manager to help drive the next phase of development across their CRM, ERP and customer product landscape.

We are looking for a Product Manager with strong experience across acquisition and growth-focused product areas, alongside expertise in CRM platforms, ERP systems and subscription management principles. This is an opportunity to work on a broad range of internal and customer-facing digital products in a highly collaborative environment.

The Role:

  • You will be an Agile advocate who enjoys working closely with Product Development teams and platform providers to deliver high-quality products and services for a range of customer personas, while ensuring effective workflows for internal users.
  • Reporting directly to the CIO, you will take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and active development through to operational maintenance and future enhancements.
  • You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders, business users and customers to shape Product Roadmaps and Backlogs, while acting as a product evangelist across the organisation.
  • You will also play a key role in improving CRM and ERP workflows, enhancing analytics and reporting capabilities, and ensuring products and services continue to evolve through continuous deployment and customer feedback.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Agile Product Development across CRM and ERP product domains
  • Own the full Product lifecycle from discovery through to operational support
  • Translate stakeholder requirements into clear Product Roadmaps and prioritised Backlogs
  • Work closely with Product Development teams and third-party platform providers to deliver time-critical projects
  • Gather and analyse customer feedback, issues and complaints to support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Drive enhancements across CRM, ERP and finance platforms
  • Improve analytics and reporting capabilities across the business
  • Collaborate with outsourced and nearshore development teams operating in Agile delivery environments

Experience:

  • Professional Product Owner qualification or equivalent experience
  • Strong experience working with CRM platforms such as Zoho or HubSpot
  • Strong experience with Microsoft Business Central
  • Proven experience managing active Product Roadmaps and Product Backlogs
  • Experience delivering cloud-based digital products and services
  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
  • Experience working within continuous integration and delivery environments
  • Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working with outsourced or nearshore development teams
  • Degree in a Business or Technology-related field

Desirable:

  • Professional Product Manager qualification
  • Knowledge of software development and QA best practices
  • Understanding of UX and UI design principles
  • Experience with Asana, Jira Service Management, Jira and Confluence
  • Knowledge of middleware and automation tools such as Zapier and Jotform
  • Experience running Voice of the Customer initiatives
  • Experience defining and reporting on KPIs, OKRs or product success metrics
  • Strong awareness of emerging technologies and market trends
