Build digital platforms that genuinely improve people’s lives. We’re working with a large, purpose-led organisation that supports thousands of people across the UK through highly tailored services and long‑term care programmes. Technology is playing a major role in their next phase of transformation, with significant investment being made across applications, data and digital platforms to modernise how the organisation operates at scale.
This role sits within a growing Enterprise Applications function that is building a modern Microsoft ecosystem designed to improve operational efficiency, streamline workflows and create more joined‑up user experiences across the business. You’ll work closely with an experienced Dynamics specialist who has spent more than 20 years delivering Microsoft platform solutions and recently joined the organisation to lead this transformation.
The environment is highly supportive and geared towards development, making this an ideal opportunity for someone looking to deepen their Dynamics expertise or transition into the Dynamics world from a Power Platform background. Whether you already have Dynamics 365 experience across Sales or Finance related modules, or you’re currently building Power Apps solutions and want the opportunity to develop into a broader Dynamics‑focused role, this team can support that progression.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Configuring and customising Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions to support key business processes (CRM/CE modules are the focus - Sales, Service, Marketing)
- Building applications and automations using Power Apps and Power Automate
- Working with Dataverse and helping maintain scalable, reliable platform solutions
- Supporting integrations between Dynamics and other internal systems using APIs and Azure tools
- Assisting with plugin development and extending Dynamics functionality where required
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Architects and technical teams to translate business requirements into working solutions
- Supporting testing, troubleshooting and ongoing platform improvements
- Contributing to technical documentation and development best practices
- Working within an agile delivery environment alongside experienced engineers and application specialists
You’ll join a collaborative technology function that is investing heavily in modern engineering standards, automation and long‑term platform capability.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Has commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies such as Power Apps and Power Automate
- Has some exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365, ideally within Sales, Customer Service or Finance‑related environments
- Is interested in building a long‑term career within the Dynamics ecosystem
- Enjoys solving problems and working closely with stakeholders
- Communicates well with both technical and non‑technical teams
- Wants to learn from experienced senior engineers and architects in a supportive environment
Desirable experience includes Dataverse, C# plugin development, API integrations, Azure Logic Apps or exposure to DevOps / CI-CD practices, although these are not essential.
If you’re looking for a role where you can develop genuine Microsoft platform expertise, work on meaningful transformation projects and be mentored by experienced Dynamics specialists while contributing to technology that supports real‑world outcomes — this is an excellent opportunity to grow your career.
