Immersum are partnering with a pioneering UK business that’s redefining how clean tech is delivered nationwide. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a fast-scaling software platform and lead a talented engineering team through an exciting phase of growth and innovation.
The Role
As Head of Software, you’ll lead and inspire a growing engineering organisation (approx. 10 people), with three team leads reporting directly to you. You’ll balance strategy with delivery — ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and commercially aligned while fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Working closely with Product and senior stakeholders, you’ll shape the long-term technology roadmap, drive engineering excellence, and enable innovation across the business.
Key Responsibilities
