- Delivery Team Manager
The Delivery Team Manager will lead the Expert Services function, reporting to senior leadership. The role combines operational leadership with team management, ensuring high-quality delivery, efficiency, and team growth.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full employee lifecycle for the delivery team, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and retention initiatives
- Monitor utilisation, project margins, and resource planning to ensure profitable delivery
- Standardise and enforce delivery processes and methodologies
- Act as a primary escalation point for client and operational risks
- Provide regular reporting on team and project performance
Required Experience:
- Proven management experience within SaaS, professional services, or agency delivery teams
- Strong commercial awareness: billable hours, utilisation rates, and scope management
- Excellent organisational skills to manage complex schedules and priorities
- Expertise in project management methodologies
- Outstanding communication skills for both client and team interactions
Remuneration & Benefits: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum plus quarterly performance bonus. Hybrid working (Reading or Birmingham) (3 days in office).

The Senior Consultant will manage complex, multi-stakeholder projects as a Subject Matter Expert (SME). The role involves strategic project leadership, client engagement, and mentoring junior consultants.
