- Lead on incident escalations and problem management, driving root cause analysis and long-term solutions
- Support disaster recovery and backup processes, ensuring recoverability across cloud and on-prem environments
- Implement and maintain security and compliance controls across infrastructure platforms
- Automate repetitive processes using PowerShell, Terraform, or Azure Automation
- Contribute to documentation, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You’re an experienced Infrastructure or Systems Engineer with a strong technical grounding in Microsoft Azure and hybrid environments. You thrive in complex, high-availability settings and enjoy collaborating across teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years’ experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or systems engineering
- Strong knowledge of Azure administration, virtualisation, networking, and identity services
- Proficiency with PowerShell or similar scripting tools (Terraform, Bicep, Python, etc.)
- Background in Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologies
- Experience implementing security best practices in enterprise environments
- Relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator / Solutions Architect) are a plus
